Gary Bruno Schmid, Hypnotherapist/Psychotherapist/Physicist at Swiss NeuroCreations GmbH, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Scientists for dedication, achievements, and leadership in the field of physics.
As a child of only four years old, Dr. Schmid displayed an inborn sense of vocation toward medical research and was able to work with Professor Eugene N. Fox at the age of eight. With an IQ of over 164, he did research on the weekends and by fourteen years old, Dr. Schmid was enrolled at Western Reserve before dis-enrolling and focusing on high school. He began his higher education again in 1968, earning a Bachelor of Science in Maths, a Doctor of Philosophy in physics in 1977, and a diploma from the C.G. Jung Institute in 1988. Notably, he received a Fulbright Scholarship in 1970 and is the author of “Strengthening self-healing: How you can optimize your health through imagination,” “Transmission of Signals in Neurons and the Quantum Mind Hypothesis,” and “Death by Imagination: The Mystery of Psychogenic Death Cases,” among additional titles in German.
The founder of Swiss NeuroCreations GmbH and the creator of Swiss NeuroChocolate®, Dr. Schmid initially entered the career field by doing research on atomic physics at the Joint Institute for Laboratory Astrophysics. He then continued conducting research as an associate at the Hahn-Meitner Institute, the University of Karlsruhe, and the Psychiatric University Clinic. Dr. Schmid has also excelled as a head psychotherapist at the Cantonal Psychiatric Clinic and the head of clinical research and psychotherapy integrated psychiatry at Integrierte Psychiatrie Winterthur, a psychiatric hospital in Switzerland. Presently, he operates a licensed hypnotherapy and psychotherapy practice and is a federally certified therapist. A member of the International Association for Analytical Psychology and the Swiss Psychotherapists Organization, Dr. Schmid has been featured in multiple editions of Who’s Who in Medicine and Healthcare and Who’s Who in the World.
