Renaud Seigneuric, Science Attaché at Consulate General of France in Houston, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Scientists for dedication, achievements, and leadership in nano-sciences.

A graduate of the University of Grenoble in France, Dr. Seigneuric earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Medicine and Biology in 2000. Subsequently, he secured a Doctor of Philosophy in biomedical engineering from the University of Montreal in 2001, further receiving a degree in oncology, genetics, hematology and immunology from the University of Burgundy, Dijon, in 2017. At the start of his career, he taught mathematics at Rectorat de Toulouse from 2001 to 2004. After completing a post-doctoral fellowship with the MAASTRO Clinic in the Netherlands in 2007, he assumed employment with the University of Bourgogne as a researcher until 2019. During this time, Dr. Seigneuric contributed as a visiting research scholar with the computer science department with the State University of New York Oswego and Syracuse for a year.

Currently, Dr. Seigneuric works as a science attache for the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the Consulate General of France in Houston, Texas. In addition to his primary profession, he is a respected author of more than 30 peer-reviewed articles and is the owner of six patents in the field. The highlight of his career so far has been the many experiments to measure pie and decorating theorem with his students. A past member of the Science Advisory Board, Dr. Seigneuric also served as the past consultant for several other organizations. He also excels as a reviewer of the International Journals of Nanomedicine and the coordinator of the EU Grant for the French National Institute of Health and Medical Research. For his outstanding achievements in the field, Dr. Seigneuric has been featured in multiple editions of Who’s Who in the World, Who’s Who in Science and Engineering, and Who’s Who in Medicine and Healthcare.
