John Joseph Deltuvia, Jr., Systems and Operations Analyst and Information Technology Developer at Office of Probation Services, Administrative Office of the New Jersey Courts, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Scientist for dedication, achievements, and leadership in the sciences.

Mr. Deltuvia is a senior business analyst and software architect for the Administrative Office of the Courts with the New Jersey Courts in Trenton, a position he has held since 1999. From 1997 to 1999, he was the programmer lead for Dezine Healthcare Solutions, LLC in East Brunswick, New Jersey. Prior to this, he was a business analyst and programmer and an information technology business analyst.

Mr. Deltuvia is also a licensed massage bodywork therapist in the state of New Jersey and a certified massage practitioner. He is also a certified master reiki practitioner. He began his education at Ocean County College in Toms River, New Jersey, graduating with an Associate of Arts in humanities and mathematics in 1982. He earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from Rutgers University Livingston Campus in Piscataway, New Jersey in 1985. He returned to Ocean County College in 1987 to obtain an Associate of Applied Science in computer science and went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in computer science at Thomas Edison State University in Trenton, New Jersey in 1991. 

After securing a diploma in massage therapy from Body, Mind, and Spirit Learning Alliance in Toms River, New Jersey in 2002 and a master’s degree in professional studies from Thomas Edison State University in 2006, Mr. Deltuvia attended Boston University to earn a master’s degree in computer information systems and information technology project management in 2012. He is a member of multiple professional groups and has been featured in multiple past editions of Who’s Who in America.
