In preparation for her career pursuits, Dr. Paullin attended Minot State University in North Dakota, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in biology and chemistry in 2011. While pursuing her degree, she worked as a research assistant for Minot State University. She continued her studies at the University of South Florida, graduating with a Doctor of Philosophy in cellular and molecular biology in 2016. Dr. Paullin served as an assistant academy director with the University of South Florida from 2014 to 2016, and following her graduation, she became the director of research development at Burst Biologics, where she remained until 2018.
From 2018 to 2020, Dr. Paullin was a quality assurance manager with Darigold in Boise, Idaho. Since 2005, she has shared her knowledge as an engineering technical specialist with the Army National Guard, and since 2019, she has found success as the chief executive officer of Free to Feed. In addition to her primary career pursuits, she is also a published author of articles in professional journals. For her accomplishments, Dr. Paullin received the Idaho Woman of the Year Award in 2020, and has been the recipient of multiple awards for outstanding performance and professionalism in the United States Army. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening and spending time with her family. In the coming years, she plans to retire from military service and successfully launch her allergen test into the market.
