In preparation for her career, Ms. Crocker attended the University of Cincinnati, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science, completed the Didactic in Dietetics program, and earned a minor in business management in 2006. In addition, she holds Graduate Business Foundations Certificates in accounting, finance, marketing, and management, from the University of Cincinnati’s Carl H. Lindner College of Business, which she earned in 2019. Ms. Crocker has maintained affiliation with the Ohio Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics since 2013, the Greater Cincinnati Dietetic Association since 2005, and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics since 2005.

In her current post as a regulatory affairs and toxicology specialist with Givaudan, Ms. Crocker handles a large number of registrations, both globally and domestically, works closely with the company’s import team, and performs country suitability evaluations to ensure that the raw ingredients of products meet the requirements of individual countries’ food and beverage regulations. Ms. Crocker ensures the company complies with its registrations, understands and prioritizes needs, and works closely with the Foreign Agricultural Service office.

Ms. Crocker has contributed her time and expertise to numerous charitable and volunteer endeavors. These posts include serving as a moderator for Drilling for Hope since 2011, an organizer and participant with the Good Shepherd Parish from 2012 to 2014, an organizer and participant with Angel For a Day from 2009 to 2012, and a moderator with the Greater Cincinnati Dietetic Organization from 2012 to 2014. Ms. Crocker is further affiliated with Habitat for Humanity and Mercy 25.

For her accomplishments in her career, Ms. Crocker has won three awards with her company in 2021. She considers her current position to be her most notable professional accomplishment. In the coming years, Ms. Crocker intends to return to her higher education and earn a degree in international business, which will fill some of her current knowledge gaps. She also aims to continue working for Givaudan, serving multiple areas of the industry and working on a global scale.
