Ms. Chaudhry is an accomplished scientist with year of experience in varied positions. Since 2015, she has found success as the owner, laboratory director, technical supervisor, and new laboratory startup consultant at IQ Lab Consultants LLC. Alongside this role, she has worked for ACL Laboratories as a laboratory supervisor since 2019, and she has served as a moderate complexity laboratory director with the Commission on Office Laboratory Accreditation since 2016.

From 2017 to 2019, Ms. Chaudhry was the manager of operations for Optimalab Inc. She has additionally shared her expertise as a general medical technologist with the Northwestern Memorial Hospital, a laboratory director at Loretto Hospital, a laboratory supervisor with Advocate Aurora Health, and a medical technologist. In her spare time, Ms. Chaudhry volunteers with the Muslim Association of Bolingbrook and supports Chi-Care. She also volunteers at her mosque and served as the past president of the Pakistani-American Anjuman of North Carolina.

In preparation for her career, Ms. Chaudhry attended Marquette University and earned a bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences in 2005. She continued her higher education at the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, graduating with a Master of Science in clinical laboratory science in 2007. To keep abreast of developments in her field, she is a member of the American Society for Clinical Pathology.

Ms. Chaudhry attributes her career success to her dedication to providing quality service, which is critical to the diagnostic process. She is proud of her continual professional growth and development, as she advanced from a data entry sample phlebotomist to a supervisory role in under a decade. Among her accomplishments, she is proudest of setting up 15 different kinds of startup laboratories. Ms. Chaudhry worked to streamline the workflow for each laboratory she established. In the coming years, she plans to continue seeing her company grow and one day hopes to resign from Advocate Aurora Health to fully devote herself to consultancy work.
