Since 2022, Mr. Rodriguez has excelled as a quality manager with Palomar Products Inc. In this position, he is responsible for the quality management system, the entire quality department, and quality engineering inspections. His areas of expertise include process improvements, process creations, and quality engineering. Mr. Rodriguez garnered previous experience as a quality manager with Land Motion Products. From 1978 to 1986, he served in the United States Marine Corps as a sergeant and aircraft mechanic.
Mr. Rodriguez attended Stevens-Henager College and graduated, summa cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science in computer science. Among his accomplishments, he was listed in Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges. Mr. Rodriguez attributes his success to having a positive attitude and taking setbacks in stride. He considers mentorship of young professionals to be his greatest career highlight, and in the coming years, he hopes to have a significant impact in his current position and implement necessary changes. He also aims to build an education fund for his grandchildren and future great-grandchildren.
