After immigrating to the United States in 1980, Dr. Jeong graduated from the University of Michigan with a Master of Science in elementary particle physics in 1983. In 1989, he graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Doctor of Philosophy in experimental physics.

Dr. Jeong has found success through his writing, authoring “Re-examination of Energy Conservation Principle in Charged Capacitors and the Reported Anomalous Energy Devices” in the International Journal of Fundamental Physical Science in 2022. He wrote “Measurement of the Magnetic Monopole Charge, the Missing Link in Quantum Mechanics and the Dark Energy” in the same journal in 2022 and published a paper in the Journal of Cancer Therapy. Dr. Jeong has published his writings since 1996, when he wrote “Relativistic Center of Mass Shift; Gravitational Dipole Moment” in the Hadronic Journal. In 2016, he published the book “The Anatomy and the Ultimate Cure of Cancer: Trojan Horse-Alkali Element-Cancer Treatment Protocol.”

Dr. Jeong became involved in his profession because of his lifelong interest in energy, physics and particles. Among his accomplishments, he is proudest of his 1995 discovery of a strange phenomenon in dipole gravity.
