Prior to this role, he served as the company’s global technology leader for two segments from 2017 to 2022, following a distinguished tenure as a senior scientist at General Electric (GE) Global Research Center, where he began his career in 1996.
Before embarking on his professional path, Dr. Siclovan pursued an education at the Polytechnic University of Timisoara in Romania, earning the equivalent of a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering in 1986. He continued his academic efforts by working as a research engineer and later as a research associate at the university. Following these accomplishments, he immigrated to the United States and completed his doctoral studies in organic chemistry at Iowa State University in 1996.
In light of his impressive undertakings, Dr. Siclovan has accrued several accolades throughout his career. He was recognized with prestigious awards such as the Whitney Award and the Dushman Award for his contributions to scientific advancement and industry enhancement.
