Mr. Mosca has also presented numerous times regarding new and improved ways to improve water quality, specifically concerning design, operations, and maintenance.

Founded over 45 years ago, the company specializes in professional engineering services, ecological consulting and landscape expertise for multifaceted water resources and natural resources challenges. The company also offers services for parks and open spaces, site development, transportation projects and construction management.

In preparation for his career, Mr. Mosca attended Northland College in Ashland, Wisconsin, earning a Bachelor of Science in biophysical environmental studies with a minor in chemistry. Subsequently, he received a Master of Science in ecosystem studies from the University of Wisconsin in Green Bay. Mr. Mosca’s education has been instrumental in his role in consulting, where he has learned about the diversity of the field and how to effectively and thoroughly support his organization, industry and clients.

Besides his primary career endeavors, Mr. Mosca has been active civically, providing his expertise as a volunteer on the National Wildlife Refuge Friends board. He has also been affiliated with the Friends of Hackmatack National Wildlife Refuge board, an independent, nonprofit grassroots support organization whose mission is to conserve and enhance its natural and cultural resources, rural character, and scenic beauty and bring individuals together to enjoy these resources. Moreover, Mr. Mosca has become associated with several outreach programs and public education for a national wildlife refuge, where he notably contributed by presenting climate change and its impact on aquatic systems.

Reflecting on his life’s work, Mr. Mosca notes his passion for the field and genuine care for assisting his clients, understanding their needs and tending to them. His ability to help them navigate obtaining permits and other essential aspects of their work is equally critical. Mr. Mosca’s noteworthy client-centered approach as a consultant and strong interpersonal skills have been pivotal to his success and longevity in the field.
