With nearly 15 years of experience, Mr. Bander has established a successful career in technology and software. Since 2021, he has excelled as a senior solution consultant for UKG Pro and UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) at Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG). UKG provides workforce management and human capital solutions that optimize business operations and enhance employee engagement through platforms combining HR, payroll, and talent management with advanced analytics. In this role, he consults with clients to assess their software needs, programs the software to align with organizational rules and contracts, conducts testing, and trains end users to effectively utilize the systems.
Mr. Bander’s experience also includes software engineer at Cincinnati Time Systems in 2021 and a software specialist and lead trainer at Cincinnati Time Systems-Michigan in Farmington Hills from 2013 to 2021. Laying an educational foundation, he earned a Bachelor of Science in biology and physics from Wayne State University in 2005 and completed certifications in developing a high-performance mindset, developing a learning mindset, leading projects, and Smartsheet essential training through LinkedIn in 2022. Additionally, he volunteered to establish an online broadcast and streaming system for his local church during the pandemic.
Reflecting on his path, Mr. Bander considers his most notable achievement to be implementing software for large hospitals and medical centers, successfully addressing complex rules, union concerns, and scheduling challenges for thousands of employees. He attributes his success to the mentorship of his first manager and the company owner, the unwavering support of his wife, and his drive, determination, and commitment to solving problems. In the coming years, he aspires to leading his own team of software implementation consultants. He has already initiated a mentorship program for new employees, with plans for growth. He advises aspiring professionals to stay true to themselves, remain focused, and let their personality shape their path while maintaining motivation and dedication.
