This experience allowed her to focus on gathering functional requirements to be converted into technical specifications before being developed and tested. The development objects included data conversion, interfaces, enhancements, smart forms and reports to be used by end users. In 1994, Ms. Malcharek was recruited by SETAC LLC in Miami as a senior consultant, then as a senior consultant specialist between 1995 and 1996.
In preparation for her future, Ms. Malcharek received a Bachelor of Science in computer science from Simon Bolivar University in Mexico City. This educational foundation equipped her with the technical knowledge necessary for her subsequent professional accomplishments. Additionally, Ms. Malcharek holds an industry proficiency foundation consumer certification from Deloitte, further solidifying her expertise.
Ms. Malcharek’s expertise in technology, specifically in data and technical management for large and complex enterprise resource planning (ERP) projects, has been pivotal to her ongoing success.
