Mr. Donzé, a technology leader, has served as the founder and chief executive officer of Altirnao Inc., operating under the brand AODocs, in Atlanta, Georgia, since 2012. For over a decade, he has been instrumental in growing the company, developing its product strategy, executing go-to-market plans, hiring key personnel and building a robust organizational structure. Mr. Donzé also manages and develops relationships with AODocs’ largest customers. Under his leadership, AODocs has pioneered a new approach to document management, introducing user-friendly, flexible and artificial intelligence-enabled solutions to an industry traditionally dominated by complex, inflexible technologies from previous decades. Mr. Donzé is grateful for his ability to reinvent this established market by developing innovative technologies that address long-standing challenges.
Before launching Altirnao Inc., Mr. Donzé was the vice president of product strategy at Exalead in San Francisco, California, from 2011 to 2012. In this capacity, he played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s product direction and strategic vision. His tenure at Exalead is marked by his association with one of the most technically accomplished software teams among French technology companies in the late 2000s. The excellence of this team notably led to the establishment of several successful enterprises, with their outstanding technology and collaborative spirit serving as a foundation for future industry innovation.
Affiliated with Exalead for over 10 years, Mr. Donzé was hired as the vice president of engineering in Paris, France, where he led engineering teams that developed cutting-edge search and information access technologies from 2001 to 2009. During this period, Mr. Donzé fostered a culture of technical excellence that not only propelled Exalead’s growth but also enabled team members to spin off and form other notable technical enterprises. Between 2009 and 2011, Mr. Donzé held the title of vice president of technology, relocating to San Francisco to oversee technological advancements and support the company’s expansion into new markets.
Mr. Donzé’s academic background culminated in a master’s degree in electronics and computer science from École Polytechnique in France. This rigorous education provided him with a strong foundation in both theoretical concepts and practical applications, directly contributing to his ability to innovate in software engineering and document management.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Mr. Donzé is committed to civic engagement as a board member of PowerUP Scholarship Fund, Inc., where he supports educational opportunities for aspiring students. His dedication to personal development is further reflected in his achievements in martial arts. Mr. Donzé has held a Shodan (first-degree black belt) from Cutting Edge Martial Arts since 2018 and holds several black belts in Shotokan karate and taekwondo.
Throughout his career, Mr. Donzé has secured significant intellectual property achievements, including a patent for a computer-implemented method, computer program product and system for creating an index of a subset of data in 2007 and a patent for a system and method for providing document management on a public document system in 2017.
Mr. Donzé attributes his success to maintaining composure during challenging times and focusing clearly on his objectives without losing control. He credits his martial arts training for instilling self-discipline and stability, qualities that have enabled him to navigate difficult situations effectively. Looking ahead, Mr. Donzé aims to further develop his company while continuing to lead it toward greater success.
