Between 2002 and 2004, Mr. Quinn worked as a technical consultant for various energy operators, engineering procurement contractors, and the Ireland Geological Survey’s marine division. This role allowed him to develop a comprehensive understanding of the energy sector’s technical challenges and solutions. Mr. Quinn began his career as an engineer at Fugro, the world’s leading geo-data specialist, in 2000, where he honed his technical skills and laid the foundation for his future leadership roles.
Mr. Quinn’s academic background includes a bachelor’s degree from Anglia Ruskin University. Subsequently, he earned a Master of Science from the Camborne School of Mines at the University of Exeter in the United Kingdom, and a second Master of Science in mining geology from the same university.
