With 25 years of experience to his credit, Mr. McNabb has excelled as the chief executive officer and principal scientist with Triterra, a Michigan-based professional consulting firm specializing in environmental consulting, Brownfield consulting and natural resource management services, since 2008. With offices based out of Lansing, Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo and Elma, he has proudly and frequently aided his clients in navigating environmental regulations pertaining to property acquisition and development, contaminant investigation and remediation, and indoor air quality assessments. During his time, he has been dedicated to his community through his roles on the Board of Directors of the Old Town Commercial Association, for which he served as a member in 2009 and the president from 2010 to 2013. He was previously active as a senior environmental scientist and a senior project manager with Northern Environmental between 2001 and 2008. Mr. McNabb began his career with LANDMARK Technologies Inc., working as an environmental scientist and project manager from 1998 to 2001.

Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. McNabb pursued an education at Central Michigan University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in environmental studies, earth science and natural resources in 1997. He was subsequently certified as a groundwater professional in 2009. Following these accomplishments, Mr. McNabb completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program in 2019.

In light of his impressive undertakings, Mr. McNabb has accrued several accolades throughout his career. Distinguished as a Socially Responsible Entrepreneur by the Greater Lansing Entrepreneurial Awards in 2015, he was subsequently recognized in the Leadership Lansing Class of 2017 by Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce. In 2019, he was selected for inclusion on the Eaton Rapids Public Schools Alumni Wall of Fame. Likewise, Triterra has been notably honored among the Top 50 Companies to Watch in Michigan in 2018 and the INC. 5000 List of Small Businesses in 2021, 2022 and 2023.

Having conducted more than 250 ASTM Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, 75 Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, 40 Baseline Environmental Assessments and Due Care Plans, 50 Leaking Underground Storage Tank (LUST) site investigations, and 40 Underground Storage Tank (UST) removals and initial site assessments, Mr. McNabb is incredibly proud of establishing Triterra in 2008, which he cites as the highlight of his career. Beyond his primary responsibilities, he has been a soccer player for three decades and remains involved with the sport as a coach for youth soccer teams, including those in which his children are competitors. Renowned for his ability to complete a wide range of tasks and services in order to accomplish anything they need for their clients, Mr. McNabb hopes to continue cementing his legacy as a figure in his field who consistently moves forward to the best of his ability.
