She initiated her involvement with the same as scientist II from 2012 to 2022. In her role, she is responsible for training new staff members in aseptic techniques. She conducts daily tier I meetings with each staff group covering all topics and issues. She spends her time in the lab performing wet work for projects or going through data and setting up spreadsheets for clients. 

Ms. Laury began her career at Sanofi Pasteur MSD working as a manufacturing technician on the Yellow Fever vaccine at from 2005 to 2006, a manufacturing technician of sterile filtration and processing from 2006 to 2008, and a viral technologist from 2008 to 2012. She continued her career as senior associate of upstream process development at Kalon Biotherapeutics, LLC from 2012 to 2014. Before embarking on her professional path, she pursued an education at Alvernia University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in chemistry in 2005. 

In light of her impressive undertakings, Ms. Laury has accrued several accolades throughout her career. She contributed to the development of the Swine Flu Vaccine and was inducted into the National Honor Society for Chemistry by Beta Kappa Chi. She attributes her success to always doing her best for herself and her son. In the immediate future, she hopes to pursue a Master of Business Administration. She also would like to open a business when she retires.
