Since joining CVS Health in 2020, Mr. Sirangi has played a pivotal role in advancing the internal audit department’s capabilities in analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence. He has helped establish several key systems that support scalable, intelligent solutions tailored to audit and risk functions. Over the years, he has led numerous high-impact projects from concept to successful execution, consistently delivering measurable outcomes.
One of Mr. Sirangi’s standout initiatives involved the rapid digitization and structuring of a large volume of contractual data—enabling faster insights, improved recoveries, and enhanced operational efficiency within audit processes. His leadership in data modeling, automation, and intelligent document processing has significantly elevated the department’s ability to access and act on critical information.
Currently, Mr. Sirangi is focused on building generative AI capabilities specifically designed for internal audit and enterprise risk management. His work aims to create secure, context-aware solutions that enhance risk visibility, streamline audit workflows, and support more proactive decision-making.
Mr. Sirangi began his journey in data science as a Data scientist intern at Aetna CVS Health from 2019 to 2020, where he contributed to key initiatives in audit analytics, risk assessment, and data-driven decision-making. During this time, he also worked as a full-stack data scientist at UTD SOM Investments Corp at The University of Texas at Dallas, focusing on financial technology research, robotic process automation, and machine learning—laying a strong foundation for his future in AI and automation.
In 2018, Mr. Sirangi was involved in blockchain research at UT Dallas, where he managed machine learning data labeling and classification efforts. His role required precision, technical depth, and a strong grasp of emerging technologies. He also served as a university ambassador, demonstrating his commitment to academic excellence and student engagement.
Mr. Sirangi holds a master’s degree in business analytics with a focus on data science and fintech from The University of Texas at Dallas since 2020. He also earned a Bachelor of Commerce in computer science from Osmania University in 2017. His academic background has been instrumental in shaping his analytical mindset and multidisciplinary approach to solving complex problems.
Mr. Sirangi’s commitment to continuous learning is reflected in his diverse portfolio of professional certifications. He is Alteryx Designer Advanced Certified and a Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500). He also holds certifications as an Advanced RPA Professional through Automation Anywhere, a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and a Salesforce Certified Professional. Additionally, he is a Scrum Certified Product Owner, has completed the HROI Data & AI Product Management program, and holds credentials in AI Application Development. His leadership development is further demonstrated through the Dynamic Leadership Pathway from Toastmasters International.
Mr. Sirangi’s contributions have earned him numerous accolades, including the Alteryx MVP Award between 2022 and 2024, the CVS IT Formula One Award in 2023, and multiple honors from Toastmasters International. He was named Aetna Toastmaster of the Year in 2021 and is a two-time Toastmasters speech competition winner. He also received the Best Bot Designer Award in 2019 and was ranked in the top three percent of analysts globally in the Google Analytics Challenge. As president of his local Toastmasters chapter, he led the club to achieve a Select Distinguished ranking, underscoring his leadership and mentoring skills.
Mr. Sirangi is also an active speaker and knowledge-sharing advocate within CVS Health. He has delivered presentations at company-wide town halls, contributed to orientation sessions for new cohort members, and led Genius Hour talks focused on innovation, data science, and AI.
