One of her most notable achievements involved resolving a critical issue with paperless enrollment on a client website, ensuring customers were correctly enrolled in billing and mitigating potential compliance risks. By collaborating closely with development teams and the marketing department, Ms. Bhowal effectively communicated the resolution to customers. This initiative not only safeguarded compliance but also saved the company millions of dollars within a four-week timeframe.

Ms. Bhowal began her professional journey as a software developer at Amiga Informatics Pvt. Ltd. in her native India in 2015. Here, she honed her technical skills and laid the foundation for her future roles in program management and leadership within the technology sector.

Pivotal to her career success, Ms. Bhowal earned a bachelor’s degree in business information technology at Mewar University in Chittorgarh in 2016, equipping her with essential business acumen and technological proficiency. She also garnered a master’s degree in data modeling, warehousing and database administration from Northeastern University in Boston in 2020.
