In his most recent role, Mr. Gendotti served as a software developer at SandTech Solutions from 2021 to 2023. During his tenure, he contributed to the design and implementation of robust web applications, leveraging his full-stack expertise to deliver end-to-end solutions. His responsibilities spanned the entire development process, from initial concept through deployment. Notably, Mr. Gendotti’s time at SandTech Solutions concluded due to organizational changes that led to the cancellation of his assigned project and the termination of several contractor roles.
Before this position, Mr. Gendotti completed a full-stack developer internship at LIQUIDSports in the San Francisco Bay Area of California in 2021. At this startup focused on sports-related social media and entertainment applications, he gained valuable exposure to the fast-paced environment of early-stage technology companies. Although LIQUIDSports is no longer active, the experience provided him with foundational industry insights.
From 2020 to 2021, Mr. Gendotti worked as a software developer for Code with Corgis, where he further honed his programming skills and contributed to various projects aimed at expanding his technical portfolio. Between 2018 and 2020, he operated as a full-stack developer for another organization in the San Francisco Bay Area.
In 2018, Mr. Gendotti had the opportunity to work for Stanford Health Care in Menlo Park, California. In this capacity as a facilities systems drafter, he supported field operations and contributed to construction engineering projects, specifically piping at the main campus, to create more recent blueprints. Mr. Gendotti’s earlier professional experiences included serving as a legal assistant at the Law Office of Diana Dean-Gendotti in the San Francisco Bay Area from 2017 to 2018 and working as a CAD engineer at Critchfield Mechanical, Inc., also in the San Francisco Bay Area, between 2013 and 2016. At Critchfield Mechanical, Inc., he contributed to large-scale HVAC projects before the industry downturn, which led to a managed layoff.
Mr. Gendotti’s career began with internships and research roles that provided early exposure to technical environments. He was a summer intern at Green Vendors Inc. in the Los Angeles metropolitan area in 2011. He also gained experience as a research assistant at Kutner-Ross Associates Inc. in San Carlos, California, in both 2007 and 2008.
After graduating from The Harker School in 2008, Mr. Gendotti attended the University of Southern California, where he completed a Bachelor of Science in aerospace engineering in 2012 and a Master of Science in mechanical engineering in 2013. To further enhance his technical skill set during his career transition, he obtained a certificate in data analytics and visualization from the University of California Berkeley Extension in 2020. Additionally, Mr. Gendotti holds a Security+ certification, a respected cybersecurity credential, which has expanded his qualifications for consulting and security-focused roles amid challenging job market conditions.

He is currently pursuing an online Master of Science in computer science from the Georgia Institute of Technology, with a specialization in computing systems. Mr. Gendotti also intends to secure a senior software developer position at a reputable company while remaining open to diverse opportunities within technology. Over time, he envisions advancing into higher-level roles, such as software architect, where he can apply his expertise to designing complex systems and guiding strategic technical direction.
