Before being appointed as the company’s CEO, Mr. Badugu was the director of the program management office at Astrotech from 2023 to 2025. In this capacity, he contributed to organizational growth by leading project management initiatives and supporting cross-functional teams.
Simultaneously, Mr. Badugu has been at the helm of Reevo CRM as the company’s founder and chief executive officer since 2025. Based in Austin, Reevo CRM serves as an information technology services and consulting company that specializes in Salesforce implementation.
From 2020 to 2023, Mr. Badugu served as the senior program manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., where his most notable accomplishment was leading the program management office responsible for launching COVID-19 pandemic diagnostic kits during a critical global period. Hired in 2020, he played a pivotal role in developing testing solutions that reached approximately 90 countries and impacted billions of individuals through early screenings. This milestone stands as a highlight of Mr. Badugu’s career.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Badugu worked as a senior program manager at Parisella, Vincelli Associates Consulting Group Inc., at company headquarters in Canada, from 2017 to 2020, where he managed complex projects for diverse clients. Between 2013 and 2017, he was project manager at ERCO Worldwide, also in Canada, following his role as a project manager at Intellipharmaceutics International Inc. in Canada from 2011 to 2013.

He earned an associate degree in chemical technology from Seneca Polytechnic in Canada and a Bachelor of Science in chemistry from York University in Canada.
