Born in Minneapolis, MN, in 1946, Mr. Fisk enjoys reading, traveling, web publishing, and genealogy in his spare time. He developed his own website, www.climatestations.com, to document and analyze trends in weather patterns throughout the Minneapolis and St. Paul regions of Minnesota, in addition to cities such as New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Diego, Portland, Las Vegas, Miami, San Francisco, and Seattle.
