Leveraging over two decades of success, Mr. Singer worked for AFR Furniture Rental as the chief information officer from 2022 to 2024 after serving as the company’s information technology director, information systems manager and information technology security administrator since 2009. His tenure was marked by his ability to improve efficiency across AFR’s operations in all 38 locations and eight acquisitions over his 15-year career. He also successfully transitioned the payroll system from ADP to PAYCOM, saving AFR Furniture Rental over $2 million. He also held notable positions with ATC Healthcare, Tigunia, and Circuit City. Mr. Singer’s work-related endeavors were complemented by his civic endeavors, where he now serves as a volunteer firefighter with the Indian Mills Volunteer Fire Company since 2022 as an exterior firefighter and fire police officer.
In preparation for his future, Mr. Singer obtained a Bachelor of Science in computer technology and security from Drexel University in 2011, followed by a Master of Information Systems and a Master of Business Administration in management and operations from the University of Phoenix in 2022 and 2024, respectively. Moreover, Mr. Singer garnered several significant professional credentials from organizations like Cisco Systems Inc., Broadcom and Microsoft. His membership in several professional organizations, such as the Society of Information Management and the Information Systems Audit and Control Association, as well as several accolades, further demonstrates Mr. Singer’s commitment to the field.
