Specializing in network infrastructure, he has operated as a system administrator for SAIC (Science Applications International Corporation) since 2021, having originally joined the company in 2020 as a level two computer operator. In his current role, Mr. Benjamin is largely responsible for assisting United States Air Force personnel with technological issues, in addition to troubleshooting other various machine and logistical issues for a plethora of other clients.

Prior to his current appointment, he worked in level two computer operations with Unisys between 2019 and 2020 and as an election technician for Aiken County Government from 2016 to 2019. He initiated his career in 2012, serving as a computer technician for Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College until 2014. As part of his dedication to his profession, Mr. Benjamin remains affiliated with the Phi Theta Kappa honor society. Outside of his professional endeavors, he can often be found engaging in his hobbies of drawing and working with Adobe Photoshop.

Prior to embarking on his vocational journey, Mr. Benjamin pursued a formal education, beginning with his time at Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College, where he earned an Associate of Science in computer technology and information technology in 2014. He subsequently continued his studies at Columbia College, achieving a bachelor’s degree in computer and information systems in 2016. In addition to his academic credentials, Mr. Benjamin holds several certifications from CompTIA Inc., including certifications as an operations specialist and secure infrastructure specialist.

In light of his accomplished career, Mr. Benjamin largely attributes his success to his family and colleagues in the field, who mentored and guided him toward a fulfilling path. To wit, he was largely inspired to pursue his career by his father, who also worked in technology. Accounting for his achievements, he is most notably proud to have helped many customers and clients with various IT issues. Looking to the future, Mr. Benjamin hopes to continue gaining experience and certifications in his field, in addition to beginning his own clothing line.
